The second stage of construction:

Section 4.1

90% completed work on the construction of external, internal walls and partitions made of bricks and aerated blocks.
90% completed work on the installation of PVC window and balcony blocks.
The floor screeds of the apartments have been completed in full.
The heating and water supply pipes in the floor are laid out 100%.
November 2025. Finishing of walls and installation of doors in technical premises have been completed.
Work on laying floor tiles is ongoing.
February 2026: Performance of work on the installation of mineral wool on the facade, installation of brackets for air conditioner baskets. Installation of water supply and heating systems.
March 2026: 35% of the installation of insulation with doweling of the main field has been completed. Application of the reinforcing layer with fiberglass mesh installation – 5% completed. Tightness testing of water supply and heating systems up to the 20th floor has been carried out. Pumps for the pump room have been delivered. Installation of external lightning protection outlets has been completed.
May 2026: • Facade insulation completed — 110 m². • Decorative plaster applied — 4,750 m². • Facade painting completed — 700 m². • Tile flooring installed in common areas from the 3rd to the 11th floor. • Works on the decorative finish layer of walls and ceilings are ongoing.
June 2026: Façade: insulation — 220.00 m², reinforcement — 413.41 m², decorative plaster — 770.00 m², painting — 1,075.00 m².

Травень 2026: • Виконано утеплення фасаду — 110 м². • Нанесено декоративну штукатурку — 4750 м². • Пофарбовано фасад — 700 м². • Виконано влаштування підлоги з плитки в МЗК з 3 по 11 поверх. • Тривають роботи з влаштування декоративного шару стін та стель.
Червень 2026: фасад: утеплення — 220,00 м², армування, — 413,41 м², нанесення декоративної штукатурки — 770,00 м², фарбування — 1075,00 м²

Section 3.3

75% completed work on the construction of external, internal walls and partitions made of bricks and aerated blocks.
80% completed work on the installation of PVC window and balcony blocks.
November 2025. Finishing of walls and installation of doors in technical premises have been completed.
Work on laying floor tiles is ongoing.
February 2026: Performance of work on the installation of mineral wool on the facade, installation of brackets for air conditioner baskets. Installation of equipment for boiler room No. 1 and ITP No. 1.
March 2026: Vapor barrier of external window installation joints is 95% complete. 15% of the facade insulation installation with doweling of the main field has been completed. Installation of equipment in ITP No.1 has been completed; the equipment is being prepared for testing. Installation of boiler house equipment No.1 is ongoing. Delivery of apartment entrance doors is ongoing.
May 2026: • Facade insulation completed — 150 m². • Facade reinforcement completed — 250 m². • Decorative plaster application completed — 450 m². • Facade painting completed — 275 m². • Plastering of common area walls from the 3rd to the 11th floor completed. • Installation of apartment and technical doors from the 3rd to the 26th floor is 90% complete.
June 2026: Façade: insulation — 23.06 m², reinforcement — 90.00 m², decorative plaster — 950.00 m², painting — 1,280.00 m². water supply and heating manifolds installed shut-off valves installed for apartment water supply and heating systems control valves installed for the fire protection system cable tray installation started on Floors 1–2 "American" wall plastering completed on Floors 3–26 waterproofing of cold transition areas completed on Floors 3–26 tiling completed on Floors 18–26
Березень 2026: - на 95% готова пароізоляція зовнішніх монтажних швів вікон. - готово 15% монтажу утеплювача з дюбелюванням основного поля фасаду. - закінчено монтаж обладнання в ІТП №1, обладнання готують до випробувань. Триває монтаж обладнання котельні №1. - триває поставка квартирних дверей.
Квітень 2026: - виконано утеплення фасаду площею 1020 м², армування 1700 м², нанесення декоративної штукатурки 780 м² та фарбування 600 м². - виконано штукатурку стін МЗК з 12 по 26 поверх. - здійснено монтаж гребінок водопостачання, встановлення запірної та регулювальної арматури стояків опалення та водопостачання, а також монтаж виводів опалення у ліфтову зону.
Травень 2026: • Виконано утеплення фасаду — 150 м². • Армування фасаду — 250 м². • Нанесення декоративної штукатурки — 450 м². • Фарбування фасаду — 275 м². • Виконано штукатурення стін МЗК з 3 по 11 поверх. • Монтаж квартирних та технічних дверей з 3 по 26 поверх виконано на 90%.

February 2026: Masonry work in the area of cold transitions.
March 2026: Brickwork on cold transition areas is ongoing. Suspended platforms for facade works have been installed. 10% of the vapor barrier of external window installation joints has been completed. 5% of the facade insulation installation with doweling of the main field has already been completed.
May 2026: • Facade insulation completed — 500 m². • Facade reinforcement completed — 400 m². • Decorative plaster application completed — 700 m². • Facade painting completed — 400 m². • Plastering of common area walls from the 3rd to the 12th floor completed. • Floor screed installation completed from the 18th to the 23rd floor. • Installation of heating and water supply pipes from the 3rd to the 18th floor is ongoing.

Квітень 2026: - виконано утеплення фасаду 2080 м², армування 3035 м² та нанесення декоративної штукатурки 750 м². - виконано штукатурку стін МЗК з 12 по 26 поверх і влаштування стяжки підлоги з 24 по 26 поверх. - виконано розводку кабелів по поверхах з 4 по 9, прокладання гофрованих труб у підлогах з 4 по 26 поверх, а також монтаж труб опалення та водопостачання на поверхах з 18 по 26
Травень 2026: • Виконано утеплення фасаду — 500 м². • Армування фасаду — 400 м². • Нанесення декоративної штукатурки — 700 м². • Фарбування фасаду — 400 м². • Виконано штукатурення стін місць загального користування з 3 по 12 поверх. • Влаштовано стяжку підлоги з 18 по 23 поверх. • Триває монтаж труб опалення та водопостачання з 3 по 18 поверх.
Червень 2026: фасад: утеплення — 1450,00 м², армування — 2350,00 м², нанесення декоративної штукатурки — 1750,00 м², фарбування — 1200,00 м² змонтовано труби опалення та водопостачання на 3–26 поверхах виконано стояки каналізації на 3–12 поверхах виконано стояки водопроводу на 3–10 поверхах прокладено труби живлення квартир на 4–17 поверхах виконано цементно-піщану стяжку на 8–18 поверхах

May 2026: • Vertical structural elements of the 3rd LSB floor completed. • Reinforcement of the LSB floor slab above the 3rd floor is 60% complete.
June 2026: vertical elements of Floor 4 completed floor slab above Floor 4 completed

Section 3.1

Completed 10th floor of the house's reinforced concrete frame.
November 2025. Monolithic Works: Vertical elements and the floor slab above the 25th floor have been completed.
Wall masonry (or walling/brickwork) on the 8th and 9th floors has been completed.
Wall masonry is continuing on the 10th and 11th floors.
February 2026: Work on the installation of window structures on the 5th, 6th and 7th floors has been completed. Wall masonry continues on the 11th and 12th floors. Installation of ventilation units is underway – 23 floors have been installed, installation of reinforced concrete stairs – 16 floors have been installed.
March 2026: Masonry of walls and partitions on the 11th floor has been completed; work continues on the 12th floor. Masonry from the 13th to the 17th floors has begun. Elevator equipment has been delivered.
May 2026: • Masonry work on the 20th floor completed. • Masonry work continued on the 14th, 15th, 17th, 21st, and 22nd floors. • Work commenced on the 23rd floor. • Window installation completed from the 9th to the 13th floor.
June 2026: masonry completed on Floors 14–19 and 21–23 masonry started on Floors 25–26 roof shaft masonry is nearing completion window installation completed up to Floor 16 roofing works have begun roofing felt vapour barrier completed to approximately 70%

Квітень 2026: - завершено мурування 13, 16, 18 та 19 поверхів, продовжено мурування на 14, 15, 17, 20, 21 і 22 поверхів. - завершено улаштування плити перекриття над 26 поверхом і розпочато виконання робіт з монолітного парапету.
Травень 2026: • Завершено мурування 20 поверху. • Продовжено мурування на 14, 15, 17, 21 та 22 поверхах. • Розпочато роботи на 23 поверсі. • Виконано монтаж вікон з 9 по 13 поверх.
Червень 2026: завершено мурування 14–19, 21–23 поверхів розпочато мурування 25–26 поверхів кладка шахт покрівлі — на завершальному етапі виконано монтаж вікон до 16 поверху розпочато влаштування покрівлі пароізоляційний шар із руберойду виконано приблизно на 70%

Section 2.2

Work is underway on the arrangement of vertical elements of the 1st floor (floor height 4.300 mm)
November 2025. Monolithic Works: Vertical elements and floor slabs above the 6th and 7th floors have been completed.
Vertical elements of the 8th floor have been completed.
Arrangement of the floor slab above the 8th floor is ongoing.
February 2026: Installation of ventilation units is underway – 3 floors have been installed.
March 2026: Monolithic works: the floor slab between the 12th and 13th floors and vertical structural elements have been completed. Installation of vertical elements of the 14th floor is ongoing. In total, 512 m³ of concrete were delivered and used during the month.
May 2026: • The floor slab above the 21st floor and the vertical structural elements of this level have been completed.
June 2026: structural concrete works for the vertical elements of Floor 25 completed floor slab above Floor 25 is 50% complete
Березень 2026: - монолітні роботи: виконано плиту перекриття над 12-13 поверхами і вертикальні елементи. Триває облаштування вертикальних елементів 14-го поверху. Всього за місяць було прийнято 512 м³ бетону.
Квітень 2026: - завершено улаштування плити перекриття над 19 поверхом та вертикальних елементів цього рівня, а також виконано вертикальні елементи 20 поверху. Наразі тривають роботи з улаштування плити перекриття над 20 поверхом.
Травень 2026: • Завершено влаштування плити перекриття над 21 поверхом та вертикальних елементів цього рівня.
Червень 2026: завершено монолітні роботи вертикальних елементів 25 поверху плиту перекриття над 25 поверхом виконано на 50%

Parking

May 2026: • Concrete blinding and foundation monolithic works have been completed.
June 2026: concreting of vertical structural elements has begun
