Accelerating the pace! Construction progress in February 2026

February 2026 at the Polaris Home&Plaza residential complex construction site was quite productive.

During the month, a number of important works were completed here, indicating an increase in the pace of construction:

Section 4.1

• 35% of the installation of insulation with doweling of the main field has been completed.
• Application of the reinforcing layer with fiberglass mesh installation – 5% completed.
• Tightness testing of water supply and heating systems up to the 20th floor has been carried out.
• Pumps for the pump room have been delivered.
• Installation of external lightning protection outlets has been completed.

Section 3.3

• Vapor barrier of external window installation joints is 95% complete.
• 15% of the facade insulation installation with doweling of the main field has been completed.
• Installation of equipment in ITP No.1 has been completed; the equipment is being prepared for testing. Installation of boiler house equipment No.1 is ongoing.
• Delivery of apartment entrance doors is ongoing.

Section 3.2

• Brickwork on cold transition areas is ongoing.
• Suspended platforms for facade works have been installed.
• 10% of the vapor barrier of external window installation joints has been completed.
• 5% of the facade insulation installation with doweling of the main field has already been completed.

Section 3.1

• Masonry of walls and partitions on the 11th floor has been completed; work continues on the 12th floor. Masonry from the 13th to the 17th floors has begun.
• Elevator equipment has been delivered.

Section 2.2

• Monolithic works: the floor slab between the 12th and 13th floors and vertical structural elements have been completed. Installation of vertical elements of the 14th floor is ongoing.

In total, 512 m³ of concrete were delivered and used during the month.
