The first half of November 2025 was productive for the Polaris Home&Plaza residential complex. Step by step, the space is taking shape — a place where life, light, and a sense of home will soon appear.
From November 1 to 14, the following work was completed:
Sections 4.1–3.3 – Wall finishing in technical rooms has been completed. Floor tiling and door installation in these rooms have begun.
Section 3.2 – Window installation is underway on the 24th floor.
Section 3.1 – Monolithic works: the slab above the 25th floor and the vertical elements of this level have been completed. Wall masonry continues on the 8th and 9th floors.
